We believe that taking care of our health and helping others go hand in hand, and we can't wait to bring our community together for a night of learning and connection.

As the year comes to a close, Elevate Family Partners is looking forward to celebrating with the people who make our community so special. We're hosting our Holiday Party at Nice Winery, a warm and welcoming family-owned winery right here in Houston, founded by sommeliers Ryan Levy and Ian Eastveld and known for its award-winning, sustainably farmed wines. Nice Winery was even named Top All-Around Winery for two years running (2024 and 2025) at the Houston Rodeo's Uncorked! International Wine Competition. But more than the accolades, it's a place built on connection and hospitality, values we share deeply. We can't think of a better setting to raise a glass, reflect on the year, and celebrate the relationships that mean the most to us.
