Meridith Pettye

A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Public Relations, Meridith brings a well-rounded background in communications, real estate, and client services. Beginning her career in the mortgage industry, she spent four years as a mortgage processor, developing a strong foundation in client service, detail management and financial documentation.

Her career evolved into marketing and communications, where she played a key role in building the Marketing and PR practices for a growing roofing and solar company. There she helped shape brand identity, community engagement strategies, and customer outreach initiatives.

Meridith then moved into a role in Trust Real Estate, managing a diverse portfolio of properties across South Texas held in trust. In this role, she gained hands-on experience working with various types of trust and developed a deep understanding of how to manage each account based on its unique structure and requirements. She prioritized listening to the needs and goals of individual clients, tailoring property management strategies accordingly and building strong, trust-based relationships.

Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new book series, exploring Houston’s vibrant art scene, and catching a Houston Astros game whenever she can.
